Our STRENGTH 186 is class is a group class designed to build strength and add muscle. Various resistance training methods will be used in this 60 minute class including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and resistance bands. This is a slower paced class than the circuit training style SIGNATURE 186 and will focus on all muscle groups.
All fitness levels are welcome, modifications and advancements will be incorporated to each class. If you have any physical restrictions please schedule a personal training consultation for 1 on 1 guidance and a performance assessment.
